£28 per person.
Served every other night from May to September. On request October to April.

Monday

Leek & Pencw Jemima Blue Quiche – buttery pastry filled with sweet leeks and our own farmhouse blue.

Served with Aubergine Charlotte and crisp Pommes Anna.

Pudding: Gateaux Invisible – paper-thin apples baked into a light vanilla sponge.

Tuesday

LSlow-cooked Penrhiw Pork Belly glazed with salted caramel, served with black pudding bubble & squeak and a spoon of creamy leeks.

Pudding: Forced Rhubarb & Custard Baked Meringue Islands – Sweet meringues on warm custard, with sharp pink rhubarb.

Wednesday

Pembrokeshire Crab Linguine with garlic, chilli, lemon and parsley, served with hot garlic bread straight from the oven.

Pudding: Chocolate & Chestnut Marquise with amaretto steeped peaches.

Thursday

Beef slow-cooked in yoghurt and cracked black pepper – tender, warming and full of spice.

Served with saag aloo and freshly cooked mango chutney.

Pudding: Gâteau Basque filled with almond cream and served with soft fruits in red wine.

Friday

Roasted Hake Fillet with a herb crust, set on a fishcake with crushed peas and braised little gem, finished with hollandaise.

Pudding: Baked Peach Cobbler – soft, sweet peaches under a crisp, golden crust.

Saturday

Beetroot Tarte Tatin with homemade labneh, courgette fries, roast ratatouille, and a walnut & rocket salad.

Pudding: London Cheesecake with fresh raspberries.

Sunday

Lamb Kleftiko – slow-baked with garden potatoes, herbs, garlic, lemon, and olive oil, served with purple sprouting broccoli.

Pudding: Coconut & Passionfruit Baked Alaska – warm, cold, crisp and soft all at once.

Drinks

A wine list and a small selection of local beers are available to purchase from the hotel.

Guests are also welcome to BYO wine to enjoy with dinner.
